At DecentClass.shop, we provide a 1-Month Replacement Warranty on all eligible cutlery and kitchen products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or stops working due to a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of cost.

Eligibility for Replacement

A product qualifies for replacement if:

• It has a manufacturing defect.
• It arrived damaged.
• The item delivered is incorrect compared to what was ordered.
• The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Conditions

Replacement will not be provided if:

• Damage is caused by misuse, dropping, or mishandling.
• Product has signs of use beyond normal inspection.
• Customer does not provide order number, unboxing video, or clear pictures.
• The product has been altered or repaired by the customer.

Replacement Process

1. Contact customer support within 30 days.
2. Provide order number, photos/video, and a clear explanation of the issue.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
4. In some cases, the faulty product may need to be returned.
